The perfect total body workout that increases stamina while improving your cardiovascular endurance. Have fun while toning, strengthening your legs, arms, and upper body. Get expert instruction on exercises to help build or improve your stamina, speed, endurance, swimming ability, and awareness of your surroundings in the ocean. Every workout will include components of swimming, running, calisthenics, stretching, and more. Class taught by a certified personal trainer, and former lifeguard and water safety instructor.
