Where did this come from? Joe Carnahan co-writes this story with Gavin O'Connor who then directs. It stars Edward Norton, Colin Farrell and features other names such as Noah Emmerich and Jon Voight in a story about a family who have always been New York City Police officers. One of them investigates a case that reveals a police corruption scandal which involves his own brother in law, and the truth threatens to destroy the family as well as the New York Police Department.
