The Non-Proift Resource Group (NPRG) is sponsoring a workshop August 14-15 on social entreprenuership from 8-5:30pm both days. It will offer an overview of the basic principles and sucess factors associated with social entrepreneurship, an introduction to entrepreneurial strategic planning, position and marketing strategies, strategic partnerships and financing strategies. The workshop presenter is Jerr Boschee the found and executive diretor of The Institute for Social Entpreneurship in Eden Prairie, Minn. Boschee has spent the past 25 years as an adivsor to social entrepreneurs in the United States and abroad. Organizations can bring a team of staff members. The cost is $250 for the two-day session for NPRG members and $400 for non-NPRG members. A location will be selected based on teh number of reistrants. Registration deadline is July 28.
