SBDC: Financial Management for Small Business  

This two-hour workshop will discuss the importance of strategic planning in the growth and expansion of a small business, and how the owner(s) of the business can make their business vision a reality by developing needed team-work building, problem solving and critical thinking skills. In addition to time for questions and answers, each workshop participant will receive a notebook with useful information and forms along with contact information for local organizations which provide free assistance to small business.
